Target specific issues

  • When experiencing pain, exercise can seem counterproductive. It can however be a gamechanger in reducing pain, improving tolerance to movement, and enhancing your transition into motherhood.

  • Leaking during exercise is common, but not normal. Even after kids! There is support and treatment available to assist you to move with confidence.

  • Postpartum doesn’t mean the end of performance. Train to perform in your chosen sport.

  • Exercise is an essential piece of the GD puzzle, assisting in lowering blood glucose levels both during, and in the hours following physical activity.

  • You CAN move with prolapse. In fact, it is hugely beneficial. If you’re sick of being told what you can’t do, sick of fearing movement, and want to move with your prolapse - please get in touch.

  • Diastasis recti. Often feared, but totally normal part of pregnancy! Although normal, there are things we can do during pregnancy to limit excessive separation, and restore core function following birth.

  • Exercise can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, reduce pain, and improve mood, self esteem, self efficacy and social support.
